In 1982, Candye Hinton was the top performer in her region for sales at one of the largest cookie companies in Colorado. Her desire to sell led to the automotive industry, where she received several awards and held her position as top salesperson for many years.


In 1995, Candye chose to work from home and build a profitable business as a DK book distributor while raising her children and enjoying her family. Giving way to more freedom, Candye had the opportunity to fulfill some personal goals and gain a greater outreach into her community.

In 1999 Candye undertook extensive training through the International Academy of Coaching, Melbourne, Australia. As a result of this rich and diverse environment for training, Candye was able to truly understand all the transitional challenges in building businesses and most importantly building them virtual.
Her training was the platform used to successfully operate a coaching business for virtual based home business owners.

In 2001 she founded “ New Coach Connection”  one of the largest and  most widely recognized virtual resource group for coaching worldwide with over 1500 active members.

Early 2005 Candye Hinton added to her career real estate. Since her debut as an agent, she designed and trained the staff for a 180 agent office- a “Short Sale" department and then went on to pioneer the first agent cafe for virtual agents -RE/MAX office in Ann Arbor.  Using a 'Drupal' format designed the web presence reamaxplatinumonline and went on to create and manage a marketing and social media team for RE/MAX platinum main office- Brighton.

Candye has been recognized as volunteer of the year and has served on the finance board of her local association for Realtors. She has served as chair for local fundraisers for Gleaners and OHLSA brining in over $50,000 in contributions from the community. She is the organizer for a group “100 women who care for Livingston County."  A group that raises $40,000 in 4 hours annually to serve nonprofit organizations throughout the county.  She currently sits as a Board Member for the Howell Chamber of Commerce, Livingston Diversity Council in Howell Michigan and Grandmothers who help in Livermore California.
